  Purpose: To foster an open exchange of ideas between Acorn Systems users in all industries focusing on the principles of Profit Improvement (PI), Activity Based Costing (ABC) & Cost-to-Serve (CTS) to improve their businesses. Also, to provide feedback to Acorn Systems, Inc. on its solutions and innovations.
  
  Attendees: Only active licensed Acorn Systems customers experienced in the use of PI, ABC & CTS techniques are welcome to attend. The voting membership will be comprised of the member companies who will work to determine Acorn Systems Users’ Group guidelines and set meeting agendas. The attendance of software companies and consultants will be limited only to Acorn Systems, Inc. and its approved Consultants and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  
  Meeting Frequency: Bi-annually; more frequently if desired by participants.
  
  Cost: There is no fee for belonging to the PI, ABC and CTS Acorn Systems Users’ Group. All participants are expected to cover their own travel expenses. All meeting expenses will be split equally among the meeting participants. It is expected that expenses will be kept as low as possible by holding meetings at member or Acorn Systems facilities. Acorn Systems and/or Acorn Systems approved Consultants and SMEs are not obligated but will be the only allowed authorized sponsors of committee events and meetings.
