  • Frequently Asked Questions

  • Regional Classes: All regional classes begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. with the exception of the last day of multi-day classes, which concludes at 4:00 p.m., to allow for travel.
  • Attire: Dress is business casual.
  • Course Materials: All students will receive course workbooks containing all slides presented as well as miscellaneous supplemental material. No requests for electronic versions of the course materials can be considered due to copyright restrictions. Electronic versions of the course materials are only made available to those companies who enroll in a Train-the-Trainer program.
  • CPE Credit: At this time Acorn Systems not offer CPE Credit for our Education offerings. However, some courses are offered in partnership with an accrediting organization and CPE credits are available for these courses.
  • Meals: In order to keep our training reasonably priced, we do not offer a continental breakfast or lunch. Coffee, tea and soft drinks are available at no charge. A one hour break will be provided for lunch. There are many options for lunch near each training center.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements: Each attendee will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to the class. If you currently license Acorn Systems' software or have executed a Partner Agreement with us, this requirement has been met and no additional non-disclosure agreement will be required.
